Our Commitment to Quality
At 717 Firewood, we pride ourselves on providing only the finest firewood to our customers. Our wood is sourced from local loggers and our own sustainable forests located right here in central Pennsylvania. Every split of wood is guaranteed to be within 1 Inch of 16 inches unless specified. All of our firewood is hand loaded or loaded with a disc cleaner so you get the cleanest product possible.

We offer a variety of Hardwood Firewood including Oak, Maple, Hickory, Sassafras and more. Choose the one that suits your needs best. Standard is mixed hardwoods majority oak.

We offer free delivery for the first 20 miles of our location (Millerstown, PA) $2.00 per mile after 20 miles. We can deliver 2.5 FULL Cord at a time. Get your firewood delivered right to your doorstep.

We can cut the firewood to your desired length, so it fits perfectly in your fireplace or wood stove come winter. 10 inches to 20 inches long. Can do larger splits or smaller splits. Standard wood is cut 16 inches long and splits vary from golf ball to softball in size.

What is a Cord
A cord of firewood is the only legal measurement of firewood. Firewood must be sold by fractions of a cord. A cord is 128 cubic feet once stacked. We have found that 180-190 cubic feet of not stacked 16 inch split firewood will stack out to one full cord. Most Firewood providers use 160-170 cubic feet. Buy from us and get more wood!
